- A Rig Selection & Management of drilling campaign for smaller or boutique operators oil companies
- B Managing the drilling rig on behalf of young & newer rig owners, instead of turning to the bigger established rig owners, who are in effect industry competitors.
Includes management of onshore & offshore staff in various aspects comprising of Budgeting & Cost Control, Stock Control, Maintenance, Marine Dockings, HSE Control, Marketing (if included), Contracts Client Liaison, Evaluation & Negotiations, Crew Coordination, Recruiting, Training, Logistics, Catering Services, etc. - C Ad hoc services includes the following:
- i) Rig Inspection
On behalf of Operators/Rig Owners during purchase or sale of offshore drilling rigs

Provide rig specific Safety Case which complies with your Company's QHSE policies and regulations
iii) Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE)
Provide QHSE support & advice to staff and contractors
